Kaitiakitanga/sustainability

Kaitiakitanga means guardianship and protection. According to Te Ao Māori, it is a way of managing the environment. As a Māori owned business, we care deeply about our whenua. That’s why we are working towards making our business fully carbon and waste neutral. Our website is carbon neutral, we never print documents, and the majority of our meetings are online. We bike where we can, and we plant trees to offset our carbon footprint for every client and when we travel by car to meet clients.

We believe in giving back to our community and people where we can. We are a funding partner at Duffy Books, which gives books to tamariki at less privileged schools. We also do financial literacy in schools and help with local budgeting services. Moreover, we donate to Blind Low Vision NZ to help them train service dogs and KidsCan.
